UUSM Book Group
Usually meets: 3rd or 4th Sundays (check the calendar), 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Hemingway Lounge
The purpose of the UUSM Book Group is to share and enhance our reading experiences, build friendships, and provide intellectual stimulation. The books we read are chosen by the group, and include both fiction and non-fiction. Discussions are facilitated either by the individual who suggests the book or another volunteer. Group members bring their own questions or comments about the book. In addition to the books we select for reading and discussion, we provide a forum to share suggestions for other books participants have enjoyed. Participants are invited to bring a brown-bag lunch.
Below is a list of the books selected for reading and discussion during calendar year 2018 through the first quarter of 2019. We will meet in March 2019 to make more selections.
