Covid Task Force Update 8/15/22

Last week the Covid Task Force voted to discontinue checking for proof of vaccination. With the health and safety of everyone in mind and according to the science, we strongly advise everyone stay up to date on Covid vaccines and booster shots.

The following policies remain unchanged:

• Masks must be worn by everyone age 2+ years, over your nose and mouth, at all times, indoors.

• Masks are optional outdoors.

• Food and drink may be served outdoors during coffee hour, or outdoor large and small group meetings, activities and events.

• No food or drink may be served indoors.

• If you have had Covid symptoms or recently tested positive for Covid, do not attend any in-person UUSM related events, activities, meetings, or Sunday services until you are asymptomatic and have a negative Covid test result.

• Anyone who is participating in services and would like the option to remove their mask at the pulpit, must take a Covid test the morning of the service and provide a negative result.
